REQUIREMENTS

   Online Visa Appointment System Under Maintenance The Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing notifies the public that the Online Visa Appointment System (https://www.visa.gov.ph) remains inaccessible for systems maintenance. In this regard, visa applications will be processed manually until further notice. Application forms are available at the Consulate or may be downloaded from https://tinyurl.com/phvisaformcq1.

   在线签证申请系统维护 敬告公众，菲律宾驻重庆总领事馆在线签证申请系统（https://www.visa.gov.ph）因系统维护无法正常使用。因此，签证申请将以人工方式处理，直至另行通知。申请表可在领事馆领取，也可从 https://tinyurl.com/phvisaformcq1下载。

   Duly accomplished visa application form at https://www.visa.gov.ph/ (Applicants must ensure that they receive an email confirmation of the successful lodging of their online application).
   在 visa.gov.ph 在https://www.visa.gov.ph/网页上填写完整的签证申请表（申请人必须确保收到一封确认其在线申请已功提交的电子邮件）。
2. One (1) passport photo of the applicant (white background and 2 inches x 2 inches in size)
   申请人近期照片一 (1) 张（白色背景，尺寸为 2 英寸 x 2英寸（护照照片规格））;

3. Original and one photocopy of the applicant’s passport data page valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized period of stay in the Philippines
   申请人护照原件和复印件一份，有效期至少六（6个月不包含在菲停留期；

4. Proof of financial capacity through the submission of any two (2) of the following documents:
   1. 1. Employment Certificate- to financially support the trip of the applicant to the Philippines and to guarantee for his/her return to China (should have an English translation)
      2. DFA Authenticated or Notarized Invitation or Affidavit of Support and Guarantee executed by the Philippine sponsor/guarantor;
      3. Bank Statement with a balance of at least RMB 20,000, except time deposit accounts and non-liquid investments;

5. Social insurance record at least for the past six months, except for primary, secondary, and college students, as well as retirees above 55 years of age.

Confirmed roundtrip ticket with proof of payment (one-way ticket is sufficient for foreign spouses and/or children of Filipino citizens, former Filipino citizens with Balikbayan privileges under R.A. No. 9174, including their spouse and/or children who are traveling with them, and foreign nationals with valid immigrant visa, non-immigrant visa except 9a visa holders, and/or special visa issued by the Bureau of Immigration or competent Philippine government agencies)

7. Confirmed hotel booking or letter of support or guarantee from the Philippine sponsor clearly stating that the sponsor will cover the traveler’s accommodation, together with the complete address and contact information of the sponsor
   确认的酒店预订或菲律宾邀请方提供的担保函，明确说明邀请方将承担旅行者的住宿，以及邀请方的完整地址和联系信息;

8. Personal appearance and interview 
   亲自到场提交申请和面试;

9. Other requirements that may be prescribed upon evaluation of the application; and

10. Visa Fees
    签证费用:

RMB 190.00 for Chinese nationals 中国公民;|
RMB 304 for other visa-required nationals 其他非免签国家公民; and以及
RMB 228 for visa-free nationals applying for longer-stay 9a visa 免签国家公民申请更长停留期签证.

12. Business Registration of Company in China; and
    中方公司营业执照复印件；及
13. Business License of Company in the Philippines
    菲律宾公司营业执照复印件

Additional Requirements for Students applying for 9(a) Visa:

11. Original Letter of Acceptance from school.
