REMINDER - VENUE OF THE ALLIED COMMERCIAL BANK (ACB) HOSTED FILIPINO COMMUNITY GATHERING 

Further to our Notice on 22 April 2019 regarding the invitation of the Allied Commercial Bank (ACB) - Chongqing to a gathering on Sunday, 26 May 2019 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, please be informed that it will be held in Ballroom I and II of the Crowne Plaza Hotel Chongqing Jiefangbei (former Intercontinental Hotel CQ) with the following address: 101 Minzu Road, Yuzhong District, Chongqing.

For those who might be interested to open the account after the ACB presentation, please bring your original passport and copy of your passport’s data page. You may wish to fill out in advance the following three (3) forms to facilitate the processing of your application: a) Individual Fiscal Residency Declaration; b) Allied Commercial Bank; and c) Allied Commercial Bank Personal Account Opening/Amendment/Closing Application Form. The forms are attached to this Notice.

Please leave the date blank, the date should be indicated after the ACB evaluate your application. They will also schedule the date of your visit to ACB Chongqing for inputting your password.

Please note that the application forms will also be available during the gathering.
